- Hotels and what's nearby come from OpenStreetMap, a map anyone can improve, refreshed monthly.
- Room types, kitchens and breakfast are each brand's usual standard. Single hotels can differ.
- Guest limits are set hotel by hotel, so we never promise one. We mark a hotel as checked only after we confirm it.
- Walking distances are straight lines, so real walks run a little longer.
- Photos of destinations and hotel buildings come from Wikimedia Commons under free licenses, credited under each one and on our photo credits page. We never copy photos from hotel or booking sites, and we never use AI images of real hotels.
